Terms & Conditions

This agreement (as may be amended from time to time) explain the terms and conditions which apply to you when you sign up for our internet service. By  being a customer of RaZiZah Wireless you have accepted our terms and conditions and agree to be bound by this agreement and any future changes to this agreement which will be reflected on the website and that you are at least 18 years or older  and have the authority to  enter this agreement on your behalf or on the behalf of any other individual. You should not be a customer of RaZiZah Wireless if you do not agree to be bound by the term and conditions of this agreement.

GENERAL:
1. Application form is free of cost.
2. RaZiZahWireless DFIA broadband services are available to all customers within a 20 miles radius from the main tower.
3. Upon acceptance of the application, and technical feasibility RaZiZahWireless will endeavor to provide the DFIA Broadband Service as soon as possible within 7 days.
4. The minimum contract period with RaZiZahWireless for provision of DFIA Broadband Service is one year (1 year) from the date of commencement in accordance with the service plan you opted for.
4.a.DataPackage –All data packages are valid for One (1) year meaning you have entered a one (1) year contract with RaZiZah Wireless from your commencement date.
4.b.DataPackage Increase – Prices are subjected to change after your one year contract expires
5. The data rates shown as down streams or upstream is applicable up to the last mile. However, RaZiZahWireless does not hold responsibility for lesser download or upload data rates caused by the accessed website status or the international gateway or the media.
6. Customers are free to choose their devices of approved models to connect to RaZiZahWireless.
7. All IP addresses assigned will be dynamic.
8. The DFIA Broadband connection is likely to be withdrawn/suspended/ terminated in case the customer is unable to pay the monthly charge.
9. The subscriber is required to, fully comply with the provisions of the Jamaica Telegraph Act 1885, Jamaica Telegraph Rules and the Information Technology Act 2000 made there under and any amendments or replacements made there to from time to time.
10. Payments for Internet Service: Upon approval of RW DFIA internet service, the following charges will be collected: – (a). Installation charges (b). Advance Rental as per billing cycle One month.
10.(a) All payments must be paid to the account number that you received on the welcome email.
10.(b) All payment receipt must be sent to this whatsapp  number 876-563-9105 or emailed to billing@razizahwireless.com
11. After installation and customer received 3 days of uninterrupted service, if there is any issues there after the installation cost is nonrefundable only the data charge will be prorated and transfer to next month.
12. The billing cycle shall be 28 days after installation. Therefore, Monthly rental will become overdue and is in arrears by the next day and the customer will have a maximum of 3 days to pay before service is disconnected.
13. Service Restoration: In order to restore your service all charges (bill) MUST be paid in full.
14.IF THERE IS ADDITIONAL PIPE OR CABLE CUSTOMER AGREES TO PAY COST AT TIME OF INSTALLATION

 

 

RIGHT TO TERMINATE SERVICE:
1. 
RaZiZah Wireless reserves the right to disconnect the service to any customer in case there is sufficient evidence of the customer intentionally or unintentionally using the service in a manner which would adversely impact RaZiZah Wireless or RaZiZah’s Network.
2. The customer shall be responsible for using the service only for Legal and appropriate purposes
3. 
RaZiZah Wireless reserves the right to disconnect/terminate the service in the event of non-payment of bills.

Customer(s) reserves the right to terminate their service but not before 6 months if Customer want to terminate before 6 months, Two (2) month data plan penalty will be charge in the event.
5.
Customer(s) DownGrade-Package downgrade is not possible before 6 months of service. If for any reason a customer may request a downgrade before the six (6) months period, an email MUST be sent to billing@razizahwireless.com stating the reason for downgrade. Additionally a TWO (2) months penalty will be charged and added to your account and your service will be downgraded IMMEDIATELY.
6.Customer(s) UpGrade-Package upgrade is possible and free for the first 4 months of service. If for any reason a customer may request an upgrade after a four (4) months period, an email MUST be sent to billing@razizahwireless.com and a fee of 2,500.00 is charge for the upgrade. Additionally an upgrade after (4) months CANNOT be downgraded before 1 YEAR.

Privacy Policy
We collect your personal information so we can serve you more effectively. Whatever information we have within our possession such as credit card information, bill history, address or any other personal information is kept secure and will only be used to enhance our services to individual customers. If there are any concerns, feel free to contact us as we are willing to assist you.
We at RaZiZah Wireless consider our customers as family and our main aim is to ensure that your information is kept safe and confidential and you are satisfied with our services.

 

 

 

 

DISCLAIMER:
1. RaZiZah Wireless will exercise all reasonable care in providing its services, but it is not responsible for interruption/service due to power failures, equipment malfunctions, or acts of natural calamity. 1.(a) If by any reason the above occurs RaZiZah Wireless will rebate it customers after 72 hours (3 days) has elapsed in disruption of our service. (For example if a hurricane or any form of disaster struck and our transmission is down for 10 consecutive days you will be only be rebated for 7 days.) 2. RaZiZah Wireless is not responsible for subscriber’s computer hardware and software or areas of the Internet not under its control. RaZiZah Wireless does not warrant privacy, security, or efficiency of the Internet.
3. RaZiZah Wireless is not responsible for actions taken by its customers or others because of its services.
4. RaZiZah Wireless is not responsible for any material that any person (including household members of the subscriber) may receive or transmit via the Internet, or for anything bought or sold via the Internet, or for any other result of an action taken by anyone using its service.
5. DFIA Broadband connection will be provided subject to technical feasibility. RaZiZah Wireless will not be held responsible in case service is denied on this ground.
6. RaZiZah Wireless will not be responsible for non-use of prepaid DFIA Broadband service on customer account hence No concession shall be admissible to the prepaid account.
